创新型人才培养视角下隐性知识共享逻辑研究——以案例行动学习法为例

摘要
探讨和优化创新型人才的知识共享机制,以提升其创新能力和知识更新.面对商科隐性知识的传递难题,研究通过案例行动学习方法和SECI模型,分析了隐性知识向显性知识转化的过程机理,探索出创新型人才知识共享的行动逻辑,并基于建构主义和知识管理理论,提出了相应的知识共享路径策略.研究发现,内在驱动力和外在驱动力共同促进了知识转移与知识共享,而深度学习是实现这一转化的核心.研究结果为高校在创新教育模式下培养创新型人才提供了策略指导,强调了知识共享在提升人才高阶能力中的关键作用.
Abstract
This study aims to explore and optimize the knowledge sharing mechanisms for innovative talents to enhance their innovation capabilities and knowledge renewal.Faced with the challenges of transferring tacit knowledge in business disciplines,the research employs case action learning method and the SECI model to analyze the process mechanisms of transforming tacit knowledge into explicit knowledge.It explores the action logic of knowledge sharing for innovative talents and proposes corresponding knowledge sharing pathway strategies based on constructivist and knowledge management theo-ries.The study finds that both intrinsic and extrinsic motivators jointly facilitate knowledge transfer and sharing,with deep learning being central to this transformation.The findings provide strategic guidance for higher education institutions in culti-vating innovative talents within innovative educational models,emphasizing the key role of knowledge sharing in enhancing the advanced capabilities of talents.
