The logic,dilemma and approach of organized scientific research in research universities under the background of scientific and technological self-reliance
As a hot policy discourse in recent years,the power of higher education and self-reliance in science and technology reflect the important role of the trinity of education,science and technology and talents in promoting the process of Chinese-style modernization.Under the background of scientific and technological self-reliance,the scientific research of China's research universities is facing a logical shift,from economic mission to strategic mission,from free interest to na-tional will,from single field to multi-dimensional content,and from academic field to social field in the perspective of scien-tific research.There are multiple dilemmas in the organized scientific research of research universities,which should strengthen the national mission and optimize the top-level design of organized scientific research of research universi-ties.Reform the internal governance of colleges and universities to promote the integrated innovation of organized scientific research;Give full play to the leading role of strategic scientific and technological talents;Adhere to global openness and co-operation,and build a mutually beneficial and shared international cooperation network for organized scientific research;Re-shape the academic evaluation system that respects the quality and contribution of innovation.
