How digital transformation enhances enterprise resilience——Based on dynamic capability theory and enterprise technology application scenario
Digital transformation promotes the integration of digital technology and production development,providing enterprises with new tools to cope with increasingly frequent external shocks.Based on the dynamic capability theory and technology application theory,this paper examines the mechanism of digital transformation on enterprise resilience and the moderating role of enterprise technology application scenario,and conducts empirical tests based on the panel data of listed companies and cities in China.The findings are as follows:①digital transformation can significantly improve enterprise resil-ience,and this impact is more obvious in the sample of state-owned enterprises and high-tech enterprises.②enterprise technology application scenario influences the positive impact of digital transformation on enterprise resilience.Technology management ability and capital reserve will strengthen the impact of enterprise digital transformation,and the development level of financial technology in cities has the characteristics of"double-edged sword".Only when the regional financial su-pervision level is high,the development of financial technology in cities will have a positive moderating effect on the rela-tionship between digital transformation and enterprise resilience.③ the mechanism test results show that digital transformation can enhance the enterprise dynamic capability,and then affect enterprise resilience,which is embodied in the comprehensive improvement of enterprise risk perception ability,resource acquisition ability and resource transformation a-bility.
