Research on high-quality development of energy cooperation under the Belt and Road Initiative:China's practical Contribution and path selection
Energy serves as a crucial foundation for economic and social development,and energy cooperation is a sig-nificant guarantee for building an energy-powerful nation and enhancing energy security.The resource endowments of coun-tries along the Belt and Road Initiative exhibit strong complementarity.Extensively collaborating in areas such as energy in-vestment,trade,production capacity,and technical standards can help China identify energy portfolios tailored to its own specific conditions.This article analyzes the current status and trends of energy cooperation under the Belt and Road Initia-tive framework from four dimensions:total energy volume,structure,projects,and participating entities.It also attempts to steadily promote deep international cooperation in energy resources by enhancing energy discourse power,broadening the scope of energy cooperation,constructing a regulatory framework,promoting technology exports,and establishing information interconnection.These efforts aim to contribute to the high-quality development of international energy cooperation from a major power perspective.
