我国高校地方研究院的历史演进、现实状况与发展路径研究

摘要
高校地方研究院作为高校与地方的合作桥梁、区域协同创新的重要载体,在输出高校科技成果,实现科技成果产业化,以及促进地方科技进步、地方企业技术创新方面起到了积极作用,并成为扩大高校声誉和影响力的重要途径.从历史来看,高校地方研究院经历了探索起步、初期发展、快速发展、深化发展等四个阶段.通过对C9高校建设的地方研究院进行统计分析,呈现当前我国主要高校地方研究院发展的基本图景.最后,全面分析高校地方研究院高质量发展面临的主要问题,并提出相应的对策建议.
Abstract
As a bridge of cooperation between universities and local areas and an important carrier of regional collabo-rative innovation,university-local government joint institutes have played a positive role in outputting scientific and techno-logical achievements of universities,realizing the industrialization of scientific and technological achievements,promoting lo-cal scientific and technological progress,and promoting local enterprise technological innovation.They have also become an important way to expand the reputation and influence of universities.From a historical perspective,university-local govern-ment joint institutes have gone through four stages:initial exploration,initial development,rapid development,and deepening development.By conducting statistical analysis on the joint institutes of C9 League,the basic development picture of joint in-stitutes in major universities in China is presented.Finally,a comprehensive analysis of the main problems faced by the high-quality development of university-local government joint institutes is conducted,and corresponding countermeasures and suggestions are proposed.
