企业创新生态位跃迁路径与模式:基于fsQCA的组态效应研究

创新生态位跃迁是企业拓展创新资源空间、提升适应能力改变生态位以应对环境剧变、重塑竞争优势的方式。生态位跃迁是一个多因并发的复杂过程,研究基于组态视角构建理论模型,运用fsQCA方法探究企业创新生态位跃迁的路径与模式。研究发现:基础条件不同的企业高水平创新生态位跃迁的路径差异显著,而成员多元化的共生网络、政府介入和市场波动性在其中起关键作用;核心条件缺失是导致企业低水平创新生态位跃迁的关键。通过对比高低组态条件构成发现,创新生态位跃迁模式有四种,即环境适应型、政府主导型、网络溢出型和协作驱动型。研究结果揭示了创新生态系统中企业生态位跃迁的复杂因果,丰富了生态位演化前因的研究,也为企业实现创新生态位跃迁,获取持续竞争优势提供有益参考。
Path and Model of Enterprise Innovation Niche Transition:a Study of Configuration Effects based on fsQCA
The complexity,severity and uncertainty of the external environment will impact the living space of enterpri-ses.Innovation niche transition is a way for enterprises to expand innovation resource space,improve adaptability and change ecological niche to cope with environmental changes and rebuild competitive advantages.Enterprise innovation niche transi-tion is a complex process with multiple factors.Based on the perspective of configuration,a theoretical model is constructed,and fsQCA method is used to explore the path and mode of enterprise innovation niche transition.The results show that en-terprises with varying foundational conditions exhibit marked discrepancies in their paths towards innovation niche transi-tion.A symbiotic network composed of diverse entities,coupled with governmental intervention and market fluctuations,plays a pivotal role in this process.The absence of core conditions is pivotal to the transition of low-level innovation niche.By comparing the high and low configuration conditions,it is found that there are four distinct transition modes of enterprise in-novation niche,namely environment adaptation,government leading,network spillover and collaboration-driven.The research results reveal the complex causal mechanism of enterprise niche transition corporate in the innovation ecosystem,enrich and deepen the research on niche evolution,and provide useful references for enterprises to realize innovation niche transition and secure sustainable competitive edges.
