随着新一代信息技术蓬勃发展,尤其是大数据应用的快速增长,算力正成为驱动社会变革的关键力量,引领生产方式从工业化社会向智能化社会转变。算力作为深入挖掘数据价值的重要能力,直接影响了数据要素转化成为经济社会价值的效率和效果,推动经济增长以及区域协调发展。基于算力和区域协调发展的内涵与要求,对算力推动区域协调发展的理论逻辑与现实难题做了深刻剖析,提出了以算力推动区域协调发展的实现路径。算力发展可以通过发挥出各地区比较优势,促进形成区域分工合作的协同发展机制,从促进建设国内统一大市场来推动区域协调发展。算力推动区域协调发展,需要综合施策,多方发力,在推动智能算力发展、加强算力相关配套服务、优化算力平台统筹调度、强化区域产业联动能力和以算力可持续发展提升各个区域绿色发展水平等方面发力。

With the vigorous development of the new generation of information technology,especially the rapid growth of big data applications,computing power is accelerating to become a key force driving social change,leading the transformation of production mode from an industrialized society to an intelligent society.As an important ability to dig deep-ly into the value of data,computing power directly affects the efficiency and effect of transforming data elements into eco-nomic and social values,and further promotes economic growth and regional coordinated development.Based on the connota-tion and requirements of computing power and regional coordinated development,this paper makes a profound analysis of the theoretical logic of promoting regional coordinated development by computing power and practical problems,and puts forward the realization path of promoting regional coordinated development by computing power.The development of computing power can promote the coordinated development of regions by giving play to the comparative advantages of various regions,promoting the formation of a coordinated development mechanism of regional division of labor and cooperation,and promoting the construction of a unified domestic market.To promote the coordinated development of regions by computing power,comprehensive policies and multi-party efforts are needed to promote the development of intelligent computing power,strengthen the supporting services related to computing power,optimize the overall scheduling of computing power platforms,strengthen the linkage ability of regional industries,and enhance the green development level of various regions with sustainable development of computing power.
