The realization logic and path exploration of the cultivation of innovative talents in business under the two-wheel drive of incentive compatibility and knowledge sharing——taking the case action learning method as an example
Focusing on the innovation of teaching mode,it is an important part of the process of higher education reform to deeply explore the new path of cultivating innovative talents in business.However,due to the separation of"teaching""learning"and"management"in the cultivation of innovative talents in business,it is difficult for colleges and universi-ties to achieve the expected results.The case action learning method takes into account the dual effects of incentive compati-bility and knowledge sharing in the process of talent training,and effectively cultivates students'necessary theoretical liter-acy and practical application ability in society.The purpose of this study is to promote the coordinated development of vari-ous stakeholders within the university through the case action learning method,and to promote the realization of the goal of cultivating innovative talents in business.First of all,by combing the relevant literature,the internal relationship between case action learning method,incentive compatibility and knowledge sharing is found.Secondly,the realization logic of incen-tive compatibility and knowledge sharing in case action learning method is explored from the dimensions of value logic,guar-antee logic and interactive logic.Finally,around the"target layer-incentive layer-action layer-interaction layer",the training path of innovative talents in business under the two-wheel drive of incentive compatibility and knowledge sharing is proposed.This study enriches the theory and practice of incentive compatibility and knowledge sharing in colleges and uni-versities,provides a new perspective and strategy for the study of case action learning method,and is of great significance to promote the cultivation of innovative talents in business and the continuous improvement of the quality of higher education.
