"一带一路"沿线国家农业专利合作网络演进特征及影响因素研究

农业科技合作作为"一带一路"倡议的重要内容,有利于提升沿线国家科技水平、促进互利共赢。基于1990-2022 年 65 个"一带一路"沿线国家的农业专利数据,采用社会网络分析法研究沿线国家农业科技合作网络演进特征,并对其影响因素进行实证检验。研究结果表明:①从网络演进特征来看,"一带一路"农业专利合作网络规模仍然较小,网络节点、网络边数、网络密度以及网络关联度均呈现出先大幅度上升后略有下降的趋势,平均距离持续下降,此外,网络中的核心国家逐步由"俄罗斯、以色列"演变为"俄罗斯、中国、印度、以色列以及新加坡";②基准回归结果表明,地理距离、语言距离和产业距离扩大将抑制农业专利合作,而经济距离和技术距离扩大将促进农业专利合作;③从异质性分析来看,技术距离扩大,不仅会抑制创新型国家与非创新型国家之间的农业专利合作,还会抑制发达国家和发展中国家之间的农业专利合作;④进一步分析结果表明,知识产权保护水平提升,将提高语言距离对农业专利合作的抑制效应,降低地理距离和产业距离对农业专利合作的抑制效应,提高经济距离和技术距离对农业专利合作的促进效应。
Research on the Network Evolution Characteristics and Influencing Factors of Agricultural Patent Cooperation of Countries along"the Belt and Road"
As an important part of"the Belt and Road"initiative,agricultural science and technology cooperation is conducive to improving the scientific and technological level of countries along"the Belt and Road"and promoting mutual benefit and win-win results.Based on the agricultural patent data of 65 countries along"the Belt and Road"from 1990 to 2022,this paper uses the social network analysis to investigate the evolution characteristics of agricultural science and tech-nology cooperation networks of countries along"the Belt and Road",and empirically tests its influencing factors.The re-search results show that:①From the perspective of network evolution characteristics,the scale of the"the Belt and Road"agricultural patent cooperation network is still small.Nodes,ties,density and connectedness of the net work all show a trend of first rising significantly and then declining slightly,and the average distance continues to decline.In addition,the core countries in the network gradually change from"Russia,Israel"to"Russia,China,India,Israel,and Singapore";② The benchmark regression results indicate that the expansion of geographical distance,language distance,and industrial distance will reduce agricultural patent cooperation,while the expansion of economic distance and technological distance will promote agricultural patent cooperation;③From the perspective of heterogeneity analysis,expanding technological distance not only reduces agricultural patent cooperation between innovative countries and non-innovative countries,but also reduces agricul-tural patent cooperation between developed countries and developing countries;④Further analysis shows that the improve-ment of intellectual property protection level will enhance the inhibitory effect of language distance on agricultural patent co-operation,reduce the inhibitory effect of geographical distance and industrial distance on agricultural patent cooperation,and enhance the promoting effect of economic distance and technological distance on agricultural patent cooperation.The research conclusions of this paper can provide theoretical basis and policy guidance for promoting agricultural science and technology cooperation along"the Belt and Road".
