Research on Determinants of Advanced Manufacturing Industry Chain Resilience Enhance-ment under the Group Perspective
Based on the TOE theory,taking the advanced manufacturing industry chain as the research object,utilizing the entropy value method and multi-temporal QCA method,the driving factors of the resilience enhancement of the advanced manufacturing industry chain are researched from the group perspective.It is found that the resilience of China's advanced manufacturing industry chain is characterized by the"gradient structure"distribution in the space of East,Central and West,and by the fluctuating upward,fluctuating backward and fluctuating downward characteristics in the time sequence.Any single antecedent condition cannot be the necessary driving factor for the resilience enhancement of advanced manufacturing industry chain alone,and it is the five grouping paths under the four driving types of technology-organization-driven,technology-driven,technology-environment-driven,and balanced development type that synergistically promote the resilience enhancement of advanced manufacturing industry chain.Technological innovation,R&D investment intensity,knowledge-based organization and technology-based organization in the technology-organization-driven group path are the most important driving factors for the resilience enhancement of advanced manufacturing industry chain.The findings of the study provide reform references and management insights of great practical value for exploring the driving force of the resilience enhancement of the advanced manufacturing industry chain,proposing appropriate paths,and improving the modernization level of China's advanced manufacturing industry chain.
