金融科技平台监管的演化博弈研究

针对金融科技平台粗放式监管"一放就乱、一抓就死"的周期性波动困境,以及精准化金融监管的路径演化问题,通过构建金融科技平台监管的演化博弈模型,计算得出极限环周期解成为演化均衡的条件,并讨论金融科技平台监管陷入困境的关键因素,最终提出化解金融科技平台风险的精准化监管策略及其演化路径.研究结果表明:传统粗放式金融监管模式是造成金融科技平台监管陷入困境的根本原因.有效化解金融科技平台监管困境、促进金融科技行业良性发展的对策是实施精准化、实时动态调整的金融监管模式.
Evolutionary Game Research on Financial Technology Platform Regulation
Extensive supervision of the financial technology platform is faced with the dilemma of periodic fluctuation supervision,which is"disorderly and dead".Aiming at the periodic fluctuation dilemma of extensive supervision of financial technology platform and the path evolution of precise financial supervision,the paper constructs an evolutionary game model of financial technology platform supervision,calculates the conditions for the limit cycle periodic solution to become an evolutionary equilibrium,and discusses the key factors for financial technology platform supervision to fall into trouble,and puts forward the precise supervision strategy and its evolution path to resolve the risk of financial technology platform.The study found that the traditional extensive financial supervision mode is the fundamental reason for the financial technology platform supervision to fall into trouble.The countermeasure to effectively resolve the regulatory dilemma of the financial technology platform and promote the sound development of the financial technology industry is to implement a precise,real-time and dynamic financial regulatory model.
