数字经济发展与农村产业结构升级:基于县域面板数据的研究

摘要
数字经济带动农村产业结构调整是乡村产业振兴实现高质量发展的重要议题.根据数字经济发展和农村产业结构升级之间的理论分析,提出研究假设,采用 2000-2022 年县域经济面板数据,实证探讨数字经济与农村产业结构之间的作用机制,从县域层面分析我国农村产业结构升级过程中数字化因素的影响程度.结果显示,数字经济发展对我国农村产业结构的影响存在显著的区域异质性.因此,要加强农村数字基础设施建设,推进农村数字产业化进程,进一步完善农村产业数字化措施,同时重视区域非均衡特征,促进农村产业结构升级和农村经济协调持续发展.
Abstract
The adjustment of rural industrial structure driven by digital economy is an important issue for the revitalization of rural industries to achieve high-quality development.Based on the theoretical analysis between the development of digital economy and the upgrading of rural industrial structure,research hypotheses are proposed.Using panel data of county-level economy from 2000 to 2022,the mechanism of the interaction between digital economy and rural industrial structure is empirically explored,and the degree of influence of digital factors in the upgrading process of rural industrial structure in China is analyzed from the county level.The results show that significant regional heterogeneity exists in the impact of digital economy development on China's rural industrial structure.Therefore,it is necessary to strengthen the construction of rural digital infrastructure,promote the process of rural digital industrialization,further improve the digital measures of rural industries,pay attention to regional non-equilibrium characteristics,promote the upgrading of rural industrial structure and the coordinated and sustainable development of rural economy.
