Digital Economy,Organizational Inertia and Enterprise Green Innovation:Strategies for Promoting Sustainable Development
In the context of digital economy,how enterprises can innovate and change while maintaining stability is worth discussing.Based on the theory of change,this paper empirically analyzes the impact of digital economy on green innovation and the mediating role of organizational inertia by taking listed companies from 2015 to 2021 as the research object.It is found that digital economy promotes green innovation of enterprises and has a positive impact on organizational inertia development and innovation.The development of digital economy can promote green innovation of enterprises by influencing organizational inertia.The results provide guidance for the green innovation practice of Chinese enterprises in the context of digital economy,and help enterprises to achieve sustainable development goals.
