产业生态视角下的新能源汽车企业商业模式的构建

摘要
从产业生态系统视角研究新能源汽车企业商业模式创新演化过程.以长安汽车为例,研究新能源汽车企业商业模式创新特点、驱动因素和演变过程,利用扎根理论编码演绎新能源汽车企业商业模式创新模型.长安汽车创新生态系统由核心企业系统、政府环境系统、合作开发系统、智能创新系统、智慧营销系统这5个部分构成.根据价值创造、价值网络、价值实现这3个阶段的分析,提出新能源汽车企业商业模式创新的"愿望Desire"模型,即设界(Define)-开拓(Extension)-强化(Strengthen)-迭代(Iteration)-重构(Restructure)-觅新(Explore)模型,通过该模型刻画新能源汽车企业商业模式的演变机制.研究结论为新能源汽车企业的商业模式创新提供了可借鉴的案例.
Abstract
Research the evolution process of business model innovation in new energy vehicle enterprises from the perspective of industrial ecosystem.Taking Changan Automobile as an example,this study investigates the characteristics,driving factors,and evolution process of business model innovation in new energy vehicle enterprises,and uses grounded theory coding to deduce the business model innovation model of new energy vehicle enterprises.The Changan Automobile innovation ecosystem consists of five parts:core enterprise system,government environmental system,collaborative development system,intelligent innovation system,and intelligent marketing system.Based on the analysis of the three stages of value creation,value network,and value realization,a Desire model for the innovation of business models in new energy vehicle enterprises is proposed,which is the Define-Extension-Strengthen-Iteration-Restructure-Explore model.Through this model,the evolution mechanism of business models in new energy vehicle enterprises is characterized.The research conclusion provides a reference case for the business model innovation of new energy vehicle enterprises.
