随着融媒时代的到来,各类短视频层出不穷地出现在大众视野,其中美食类短视频已成为最受大众喜爱且可推广的成功的商业娱乐形式.本文从数字民族志的视角出发,分析了美食类短视频的发展历程以及商业模式,并以"李子柒"和"滇西小哥"等成功的美食类短视频为案例,探究其商业模式创新之处,与此同时,分析了以"淄博烧烤"和"天水麻辣烫"为代表的美食类短视频在带动城市文旅的同时也存在着的问题.并在人工智能背景下分析了数字民族志如何书写 3.0 时代的美食类短视频.通过经验分析和商业模式深度探究,为未来美食类短视频行业健康繁荣发展提供些许参考.
Digital Ethnography Perspective of Food-related Short Video Creative Copyright Busi-ness Model Innovation
With the coming of the media era,various kinds of short video appear in the public field of vision one after another,among which food-related short video has become the most popular and can be promoted as a successful form of commercial entertainment.From the perspective of digital ethnography,we can discuss the cultural function of short video on food,the development history and business model of short video on food,and take"Li Ziqi"and"Xiao Ge in west Yunnan"and other successful short food videos as examples to explore their business model innovation,at the same time,the article analyzes the problems of the short videos of food,such as"Zibo barbecue"and"Tianshui Malatang",in driving the city cultural tours.In the background of artificial intelligence,this paper analyzes how digital ethnography writes short videos of food in the 3.0 era.Through the empirical analysis and business model in-depth exploration,for the future food industry health and prosperity of short video to provide some reference.
