Research on the Influence Mechanism of Family Supportive Supervisor on Employ-ees'Bootleg Innovation
Accelerating the achievement of high-level technological self-reliance and self-improvement is an important tool for implementing China's innovation driven development strategy.Employees,as the resilient cornerstone of comprehensive innovation,have gradually become a new driving force for enterprises to gain competitive advantages through independent and covert innovative behavior in situations where resources are limited.However,the exploration of how to stimulate deviant innovation has been weakened.This article is based on the theories of resource conservation and social exchange,with 511 employees as research subjects.Using methods such as bootstrapping and hierarchical regression,it explores the impact path and boundary conditions of family supportive supervisor behavior on deviant innovation.The research results indicate that family supportive supervisory behavior can significantly enhance employees'deviant innovation;Mechanism research shows that family supportive supervisory behavior promotes a sense of responsibility for change,thereby driving employees to engage in deviant innovation;Boundary condition analysis shows that external learning ability has a positive moderating effect on the mediating role of change responsibility,that is,the higher the external learning ability of employees,the stronger the impact of family supportive supervisor behavior on deviant innovation through change responsibility.The research conclusion effectively reveals the triggering mechanism of employee deviant innovation,providing new solutions for enterprise managers to correctly understand and guide intervention in employee deviant innovation.
