Intention of Technical and Skilled Talents to Return Hometown for Employment:Taking Chinese Higher Vocational Students for Example
In order to investigate what factors determine the returning employment intention of technical and skilled talents,this paper constructs the influencing factors model of returning employment intention of technical and skilled talents based on structural theory,and makes empirical analysis with the first-hand survey data of 29529 higher vocational college students and the optimal scale regression method.It is found that the return-home employment intention is affected by individual social capital and human capital,family economic and cultural endowment,hometown complex,return-home employment policy and county industrial structure,among which the county industrial structure is the most important.Therefore,the decision-making focus of guiding the return employment of technical and skilled talents should be on continuously promoting the industrial upgrading of the county,implementing the relevant return employment policies according to the characteristics of individual capital and family endowment of talents,and giving play to the emotional link role of hometown complex.
