所有权理论是马克思主义的重要组成部分.尽管马克思对所有权的论述分布于各个时期的不同著作中,且其基本内涵存在细微差异,但贯穿着严密的逻辑环节.马克思以土地占有作为私有财产所有权的起点,进而以货币转化为资本来说明私有财产所有权取得统治地位,最终揭示了资本主义条件下商品生产所有权规律向资本主义占有规律的转化.在揭示了资本主义所有权的秘密后,马克思主张重建一种新型的个人所有制,它以公有制为基础,以自由平等的联合体为条件,是对资本主义私有制的超越.马克思所有权理论的演进逻辑,超越了以往思想家对所有权的抽象讨论,真正实现了逻辑与历史的统一.
Abstract
The theory of ownership is an important part of Marxism.Although Marx's discourse on owner-ship is distributed in different works of different periods,and its basic connotation is slightly different,but there is a strict logical link running through it.Marx took land possession as the starting point of private property,and then explained the dominant position of private property through the transformation of cur-rency into capital,and finally revealed the transformation of the law of ownership of commodity produc-tion to the law of capitalist possession under the condition of capitalism.After revealing the secret of capi-talist ownership,Marx advocated the reconstruction of a new type of individual ownership,which is based on public ownership and conditional on a free and equal association,which is a transcendence of capitalist private ownership.The evolutionary logic of Marx's theory of ownership surpasses the abstract discussion of ownership by previous thinkers and truly realizes the unification of logic and history.
