In the digital era,only by promoting the deep integration of big data and the work of the"Four Great Prosecutors"can the legal supervision power of the procuratorial organs be effectively exercised.The transformation from traditional prosecution to digital prosecution requires a clear understanding of the shortcomings of traditional prosecution mechanisms in the digital age,and the promotion of the integration of artificial intelligence technology into the precision advantage of legal supervision work in prosecution.Digital prosecution needs to clarify its connotation and extension,with a focus on digital human rights,information rights,and algorithmic rights in digital prosecution.On this basis,the main forms of digital prosecution are summarized,such as platformization of prosecutorial business,intelligence of case man-agement,precision of case supervision,and digitization of case related information.The function shaping and future development trend of digital prosecution should be carried out from the aspects of case fairness and justice,personal information rights protection,data rights,etc.
