Based on the analysis and research of the air electrostatic rotary cup spraying ,In the market has been based on the equipment ,design a kind of spraying equipment used for the DC static high voltage generator.Design shows that further perfect the design requirements. Through the test proved to improve the resistance EMI ability and reduce the power consumption,and has good protection performance.Through the practical application show that the generator to improve the equipment of paint rate of more than 85%,Shanghai juji rate of more than 90%,Spraying quality improved.Still need further study design in order to continue to improve.
