With the popularization and development of the Internet in the global scope, more and more web pages and COM applications are developed by script languages. But many of the commercial IDEs can not support script languages very well. This paper first introduced the main technology and theory of this issue, followed by the architecture and key features of the system, finally implemented this IDE.
