絮凝-超滤-臭氧催化氧化工艺处理制版废液

采用絮凝—超滤—臭氧催化氧化的工艺,探究了对制版废液中有机物的去除效果。试验表明,本工艺处理适宜条件: pH=9,絮凝剂投加量为12.5mg/L,助凝剂投加量0.04mg/L,水流量为20L/h,操作压力达到0.08MPa,膜面流速值为2×10-3mm/s,臭氧加入量到80mg/L,臭氧催化氧化时间为40min。可使处理后的废液达到工业回用水的标准[1],废液的回用率可达到90%以上。
In this paper,the removel rate of organics in plate waste liquid by flocculation-ultrafiltration-catalytic ozonation processes was explored in lab.The result shows that the optimal conditions of processes like the follows: pH=9,flocculant dosing quality is 12.5mg/L,coagulant aid dosing quantity is 0.04mg/L,Water flow rate is 20L/h,operating pressure reach to 0.08MPa,The membrane surface flow velocity is 2×10-3mm/s,amount of ozone is 80mg/L,Ozone catalytic time is 40min.Under these conditions the treated wastewater can reach the standard of industrial water,the reuse rate of waste water can be higher than 90%.
