根据农业生产生活的需要,以AT89C51单片机为核心设计了一款智能模块化喷雾器。该设计分为四个模块:喷雾器主题模块、水箱、喷头和动力推进系统。主题模块实现内部供电和外不供电;水箱部分运用超声波传感器和蜂鸣器可以实现药桶水位监控和自动报警;喷头部分可实现手动控制和自动控制;动力推进系统由舵机和传感器模块组成。该设计应用可以提高农业作业效率和安全性,同时模块化的组合可使用户自由选择搭配功能,非常适应现代化农业管理。
according to the needs of agricultural production and life, using AT89C51 microcontroller as the core of a modular design of intelligent sprayer. The design is divided into four modules: spray theme module, water tank, the nozzle and the propulsion system. The theme of the internal power supply module realization and external non power supply; the water tank using the ultrasonic sensor and the buzzer can realize the medicine barrel water level monitoring and alarm; the nozzle part can realize manual control and automatic control; power propulsion system by actuator and sensor modules. The design of application can improve agricultural operation efficiency and safety, and the modular combination allows users to freely choose collocation function, very adapt to modern agricultural management.
