产学研合作视角下我国企业关键核心技术突破路径研究——以三峡集团为例

党的二十大报告指出要加强企业主导的产学研融合,强化企业的科技创新主体地位,发挥科技型骨干企业引领支撑作用.从产学研合作创新的视角出发,选择三峡集团作为研究案例,以文本分析与专利分析为手段,探究了三峡集团实现关键核心技术突破的路径.研究发现:该企业关键核心技术的突破遵循"引进、消化、吸收、再创新-集成创新-整合创新"的演化过程.从专利合作网络的视角来看,在集成创新阶段,较高的非冗余性可以帮助企业在合作中占据优势地位,从而提高自身的创新能力;在整合创新阶段,伙伴之间更频繁的合作可以帮助企业接触更多异质性的创新资源,推动关键核心技术的突破.本文对三峡集团核心技术突破路径的研究,对我国解决"卡脖子"问题,实现关键核心技术的创新和突破具有一定的参考意义.
Research on the Breakthrough Path of Key Core Technologies of Chinese Enterprises from the Perspective of Industry-University-Research Cooperation:Taking China Three Gorges Corporation as an Example
The report of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China pointed out that we should strengthen the integration of industry,university and research led by enterprises,strengthen the main position of enterprises in scientific and technological innovation,and give play to the leading and supporting role of backbone enterprises in science and technology.From the perspective of industry-university-research cooperation innovation,this paper chooses China Three Gorges Corporation(CTG)as a case study,and uses text analysis and patent analysis as analysis means to explore the path of CTG to achieve key core technology breakthroughs.It is found that the breakthrough of the enterprise's key core technology follows the evolution process of"introduction,digestion,absorption,re-innovation-integrated innovation-integrated innovation".From the perspective of patent cooperation network,in the stage of integrated innovation,high non-redundancy can help enterprises occupy a dominant position in cooperation,so as to improve their own innovation ability.In the integrated innovation stage,more frequent cooperation between partners can help enterprises to access more heterogeneous innovation resources and promote breakthroughs in key core technologies.The research on the breakthrough path of the core technology of the CTG has certain reference significance for solving the problem of"stuck neck"and realizing the innovation and breakthrough of the key core technology in China.
