Three Party Evolutionary Game Analysis on Compliance Behavior of Gig Workers in Platform Ecosystem:Taking the Ecosystem of Online Live Broadcasting and Delivery Platform as an Example
With the rapid development of the economy of part-time workers, the supervision of platform part-time workers has become a challenge for society and enterprises.Based on this, using the evolutionary game theory, taking the ecosystem of the online live broadcast with goods platform as an example, the three-party evolutionary game model of the network anchor, platform enterprise and platform user is constructed, and the simulation analysis is carried out by MATLAB.The results show that the evolution strategy of one party is affected by the other two strategies;Network anchors should take into account the strength of rewards and punishment of platform enterprises, reputation losses caused by platform users and loss compensation when taking compliance actions; The supervision behavior of platform enterprises needs to take into account the additional benefits obtained by supervision, the potential losses caused by non-supervision,the supervision cost and reputation and other factors; The platform user should consider such factors as participation cost, additional rewards and compensation caused by non-compliance when selecting participation behavior; When the evolution strategy is network anchor compliance, platform enterprise supervision and platform user participation, the part-time platform ecosystem reaches the best state and realizes the coordinated development of the platform ecosystem.
