The Influencing Factors and Improvement Path of Temporary Team Effectiveness Under Scenario-Response
In modern society,extreme events such as public health events,accident disasters and social security events are inevitable.As a key option to deal with extreme events,how to improve the effectiveness of temporary teams under the pressure of complex,dynamic and highly uncertain extreme situations has become an urgent problem to be solved.The article adopts a mixed research method.First,through qualitative research such as interview coding,it identifies the main factors that affect the effectiveness of temporary teams in extreme situations,and then constructs a theoretical hypothesis model of"situational response"team effectiveness improvement for empirical testing.The study found that in the extreme situation,the temporary team situation response will affect team effectiveness through team cohesion,and the perceived strength of team members to the extreme situation plays a moderating role.The research is carried out under the framework of"scenario-response",which enriches and expands the research content and boundary of crisis management and emergency management,and provides experience and inspiration for the organization and management of temporary teams in extreme situations.
