Entrepreneurship,Digital Transformation and Innovation Performance:Analysis of Mediation Effects Based on Moderated
Under the guidance of national innovation-driven development strategy, more and more entrepreneurs have adopted digital transformation strategies to help enterprises gain competitive advantages and achieve sustainable innovation in the face of the complex and ever-changing international environment. This paper investigates the intrinsic mechanisms and paths through which entrepreneurship affects enterprise innovation performance, using entrepreneurship as the research object, digital transformation as the mediating variable, and environmental uncertainty as the moderating variable.Based on the sample of Shanghai and Shenzhen A-share listed companies from 2011-2021,a moderated mediation model is constructed for empirical analysis. The results indicated that entrepreneurship can effectively contribute to the improvement of enterprise innovation performance.Digital transformation acts as a partial mediator between entrepreneurship and innovation performance, and environmental uncertainty negatively regulates the first half of the mediating path between the three.Compared with the existing literature, this paper not only effectively complements the current research findings on the relationship between entrepreneurship and innovation performance, but also provides a practical reference for improving enterprise innovation performance in the era of digital economy.
