Cognitive Conflict and Scientific Research Team Creativity:the Chain Mediating Effect of Team Resilience and Team Mindfulness
The scientific research team formed under the characteristics of complementary skills,interdisciplinary disciplines,and the same willingness will inevitably produce cognitive conflicts in the process of collaborative division of labor.Based on social information processing theory and cognitive-affective system theory of personality,the article constructs a theoretical model of"cognitive conflict-team resilience-team mindfulness-team creativity",explores the influence mechanism of cognitive conflict on the creativity of scientific research teams.This paper was conducted with research team members from eight universities in Shaanxi Province,and the results show that cognitive conflict has a positive effect on creativity in research teams;team resilience and team mindfulness play a part in mediating between cognitive conflict and creativity in research teams;team resilience and team mindfulness play a chain mediating effect between cognitive conflict and creativity.The research not only broadens the mechanism of cognitive conflict and team creativity,but also provides a new perspective on the influence mechanism of cognitive conflict and team creativity by exploring the joint role of team resilience and team mindfulness,which has certain practical significance for enhancing the creativity of university research teams.
