企业创新生态系统数字化转型与创新绩效共演机制仿真研究

以知识价值链模型和动态能力理论为基础,遵循"内外部动力→企业创新生态系统数字化转型→动态能力→创新绩效"的理论框架,建立企业创新生态系统数字化转型与创新绩效共演机制的系统动力学模型,并用Vensim PLE软件进行仿真.结果表明:企业创新生态系统平台数字化与业务数字化对于创新速度和创新质量的促进作用具有边际递减效应,动态能力起着重要中间作用;竞争压力和资源约束对企业创新生态系统数字化转型与创新速度、创新质量的关系分别具有倒U形的调节作用和负向调节作用.最后,针对企业如何最大程度发挥数字化转型在提升创新绩效方面的作用,提出相关建议.
Research on the Co-Evolution Mechanism Between Digital Transformation of Enterprise Innovation Ecosystem and Innovation Performance
Based on the knowledge value chain model and dynamic capability theory,the system dynamics model of digital transformation of the enterprise innovation ecosystem and innovation performance coevolution mechanism is established based on the theoretical framework of"internal and external dynamics→digital transformation of enterprise innovation ecosystem→dynamic capability→innovation performance"and Vensim PLE software is used for the simulation.The results show that the digitalization of the platform and business of the enterprise innovation ecosystem has a marginal decreasing effect on innovation speed and innovation quality,and the dynamic capability plays a crucial intermediate role;competitive pressure and resource constraint has an inverted U-shaped regulating effect and a negative regulating effect on the relationship between digital transformation of the enterprise innovation ecosystem and innovation speed(/quality)respectively.Finally,we propose suggestions on how enterprises can maximize the role of digital transformation in enhancing innovation performance.
