The Internal Mechanism and Path Selection of Scientific and Technological Innovation's Promotion on Common Prosperity
A high level of Chinese common prosperity can not be achieved without the supports by scientific and technological innovation.On the basis of exploring the essence of common prosperity,this paper makes a comprehensive explanation of the multiple ideological goals and material forms presented by scientific and technological innovation,from which the basic logic of the interactions between common prosperity and scientific and technological innovation is demonstrated.With the in-depth analysis,the connectivity between common prosperity and innovation is interpreted from the perspectives of intermediate links and common attributes,while the conditionality is discussed from the perspective of party leadership and socialism,and the distinctive function of scientific and technological innovation in realizing common prosperity is explained from its strategic,critical,comprehensive,and irreplaceable positions.Finally,this research comprehensively descripts the practical strategy system of scientific and technological innovation's effects on common prosperity,and proposes that promoting the efficient allocation of innovation resources and the construction of world science and technology center at the strategic level,optimizing relational systems and mechanisms as well as the distribution system at the institutional level,and promoting the resolution of problems and contradictions through the comprehensive implementation of multiple measures at the specific level,so as to coordinate efficiency and fairness in the process of scientific and technological innovation promoting the development of productive forces,and steadily promote common prosperity.
