企业中员工与人工智能的价值共创机制研究

随着人工智能在企业中使用的增多,集中员工与人工智能各自的优势,共同创造价值成为了企业在复杂多变的环境下获得竞争优势的有效对策,但员工与人工智能如何协作实现价值共创的机制还未明晰.因此,基于"人工智能引入-价值对齐-价值形成-价值提升"的理论逻辑发现当前人工智能已经以主体的身份进入组织的价值共创过程中,同时,员工的信任度与人工智能的可解释性会对人智价值共创过程的启动产生影响.而员工与人工智能在人智价值共创过程中的分工协作是企业实现员工与人工智能价值共创的行动方式.同时,价值共创存在动态性,上一轮价值共创的结果会对新一轮价值共创产生影响,即人工智能与员工的价值共创的良性结果可以实现人智价值共创的迭代升级.
Research on the Value Co-Creation Mechanism Between Employees and Artificial Intelligence in Enterprises
With the increasing use of artificial intelligence in enterprises,concentrating the advantages of employees and ar-tificial intelligence to jointly create value has become an effective strategy for enterprises to gain competitive advantages in complex and changing environments.However,how to achieve the co-creation of value between employees and artificial in-telligence still needs to be discussed.Therefore,based on the theoretical logic of"introduction of artificial intelligence-val-ue alignment-value formation-value enhancement",this article finds that artificial intelligence has entered the value co-creation process of organizations as the main body.At the same time,the trust of employees and the interpretability of artifi-cial intelligence will have an impact on the initiation of the human intelligence value co-creation process.The division of la-bor and collaboration between employees and artificial intelligence in the process of human intelligence value co-creation is the way for enterprises to achieve value co-creation between employees and artificial intelligence.At the same time,there is dynamism in value co-creation,and the results of the previous round of value co-creation will have an impact on the new round of value co-creation.That is,the positive result of artificial intelligence and employee value co-creation can achieve iterative upgrading of human intelligence value co-creation.
