Measurement Study on the Coupling Development of ICT Industry Chain,Innovation Chain and Value Chain
The information and communication technology(ICT)industry is one of the national strategic emerging indus-tries.A theoretical framework for the coupling of industrial chain,innovation chain and value chain(abbreviated as"three chains")is constructed based on the system coupling theory,which can not only reflect the power source of ICT industry de-velopment,but also coordinate the correlation between industrial development and value demand.The entropy method,cou-pling coordination model and grey correlation model are applied to measure the coupling coordination degree of the"three chains"of the ICT industry,and then explored the main factors affecting the coupling coordination level of the"three chains"of the ICT industry.It is found that the coupling and coordination degree of each system is steadily improving,and the innovation chain development has a strong leading role in the"three-chain"coupling and coordinated development of the ICT industry.However,there is still a problem of uncoordinated development among each system.Industry chain devel-opment has become the short board that restricts the"three chains"coupling and coordinated development of ICT industry.Some targeted recommendations are put forward in order to promote the high-quality development of China's ICT industry based on the results of the empirical analysis.
