Study on Types and Evolution Logic of Clustering Path of Science and Technology Talents in Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area
Regional talent gathering needs a good talent ecological environment.From the perspective of talent ecological environment,this paper takes 11 cities in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area urban agglomeration as research cases,uses the mixed research methods of QCA and NCA to compare the path types and evolution logic of the cluster of science and technology talents in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area,and presents the causal mechanism of the cluster of science and technology talents under the influence of multiple talent ecological environment factors.The findings are as follows:(1)The"innovation environment"has evolved from an unnecessary factor for the high concentration of scientific and technological talents in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area to a necessary condition;(2)There are four types of high concentration paths for scientific and technological talents in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area:innovation-led type Ⅰ,life-service-oriented type,innovation-led type Ⅱ and innovation-culture-education oriented type,which evolved from life service-oriented type and innovation-led type Ⅰ;(3)From the perspective of city clusters,the agglomeration pattern of scientific and technological talents in Guangzhou,Foshan and Dongguan is stable,especially the city integrated development strategy of Guangzhou and Foshan has achieved remarkable results,and the interactive relationship between"education,science and technology and talents"is obvious.
