Objective To study the application value and specific methods of humanized nursing intervention in the prevention of adverse reactions of unpaid blood donation, analyze the occurrence of adverse reactions of blood donors, knowledge of blood donation, nursing satisfaction, etc. Methods The unpaid blood donors in our hospital were selected as research samples, numbered from 1 to 100 (100 cases) in the selection order. The blood donors were divided into two groups, which were divided into control group and study group by random number table method. The sample selection time was from May 2021 to May 2022. The study group implemented humanized nursing intervention (n=50), the control group implemented routine nursing (n=50), and the differences between different nursing interventions were compared. Results The incidence of adverse reactions in control group was higher than that in study group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The score of knowledge of blood donation in control group was lower than that in study group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Nursing satisfaction analysis: the control group was lower than the study group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion The implementation of humanized nursing can help blood donors to improve their knowledge of blood donation, improve their compliance, and have positive significance for the inhibition of related adverse reactions.
