Value of serum progesterone detection combined with uterine B-ultrasound in predicting the prognosis of early threatened abortion
Objective To analyze the prediction and diagnosis effect of serum progesterone detection combined with uterine B-ultrasound in patients with early threatened abortion. Methods A total of 61 patients with early threatened abortion in our hospital from January 2020 to December 2020 were selected as the study group, and healthy pregnant women were selected as the control group. Serum progesterone detection combined with uterine B-ultrasound examination were performed on all of them. The above examination results were observed respectively in the two groups, and the predictive effect of serum progesterone detection and uterine B-ultrasound examination on the patients with early threatened abortion was analyzed. Results The diagnostic accuracy was 95.08% in the study group and 93.44% in the control group. There was no significant difference between the two groups (P>0.05). The adverse pregnancy outcome was 14.75% in the study group and 1.63% in the control group, with statistical significance (P<0.05). The results of serum progesterone detection, uterine B-ultrasound examination, diagnosis time, compliance score, examination time and pregnancy time were compared between the two groups, and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion Early threatened abortion is a common clinical disease, which is easy to lead to miscarriage and premature delivery, and has a serious impact on patients and neonates. Serum progesterone detection combined with uterine B-ultrasound can effectively predict and is worthy of application.
