Observation of the effect of stepwise hypotension + drainage in 40 ~ 50 year old female patients with chronic subdural hematoma after treatment
Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of step-down and drainage mode on chronic subdural hematoma in women aged 40 to 50 years. Methods The experimental period was set from June 2020 to April 2021. During this period, 90 patients with chronic subdural hematoma with valid data registration in our hospital were processed as the study objects. The basic data of patients were analyzed after admission, and the data of patients were randomly divided into two groups by computer randomized method. According to the experimental habits, they were recorded as the control group and the experimental group, and different treatment methods were selected. Patients in the control group were treated with drainage therapy, and patients in the experimental group were treated with stepped antihypertensive therapy on the basis of the control group. After treatment, researchers evaluated the therapeutic effect of patients, and at the same time assessed the individual status of patients after treatment, and analyzed the differences between groups. Results The total effective rate of the experimental group was 95.56% (43/45), which was higher than that of the control group 75.56% (34/45), the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The incidence of adverse reactions in experimental group was lower than that in control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion In the treatment of chronic subdural hematoma in middle-aged women, the combination of stepwise hypotension and drainage can improve the therapeutic effect and reduce the adverse reactions of patients during treatment.
