Objective To investigate the effect of aspirin combined with clopidogrel in the treatment of acute cerebral infarction (ACI). Methods A total of 60 case samples were selected from January 2021 to February 2022, all of which were diagnosed as ACI disease. The classification method was double-blind, and they were divided into group A and Group B for comparison, with 30 cases in each group. Group A was treated with aspirin and group B was treated with clopidogrel. Inflammatory factors, coagulation indexes, curative effect and occurrence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups to evaluate the effect. Results Statistics showed that C-reactive protein (CRP) and tumor necrosis factor (TNF) -α were lower in group B than in group A after treatment, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Activated partial thrombin time (APTT) and plasma prothrombin time (PT) were compared between the two groups, and group B was longer than group A, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The total incidence of adverse reactions in group B (6.67%) was lower than that in group A (20.00%), and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The total effective rate in group B (96.67%) was higher than that in group A (76.67%), and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion The effect of aspirin combined with clopidogrel in the treatment of ACI patients is accurate, which can improve the coagulation function and reduce the level of inflammation in the body, and has fewer adverse reactions. The efficacy is reliable and safe.
