Objective To observe the effect of enalapril combined with betaloc hydrochlorothiazide in patients with hypertension. Methods A total of 60 hypertensive patients admitted to our hospital from February 2021 to February 2022 were selected as subjects of this study. They were randomly divided into control group (30 cases, treated with enalapril) and experimental group (30 cases, treated with enalapril combined with hydrochlorothiazide bectalol), and the therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared. Results The blood pressure [diastolic blood pressure (82.22±2.28) mmHg, systolic blood pressure (122.23±5.36) mmHg] , the incidence of adverse reactions and the quality of life after 3 courses of follow-up after continuous medication in the experimental group were better than the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). There was no significant difference in liver and kidney function between the experimental group and the control group after treatment (P>0.05). Conclusion Enalapril combined with hydrochlorothiazide betallocor in the treatment of hypertensive patients has a significant effect, which can effectively improve the blood pressure level of patients, reduce the occurrence of adverse reactions, improve the quality of life of patients, and will not increase the impact on patients'' kidney function.
