Objective To evaluate the imaging value of CT plain scan combined with enhancement and portal vein reconstruction in patients with portal vein thrombosis in cirrhosis. Methods The patients with cirrhosis admitted to our hospital from January 2019 to September 2022 were selected, 35 patients with portal vein thrombosis were selected as the experimental group, and 35 patients without portal vein thrombosis were selected as the control group. As the main research objects of this study, CT plain scan combined with enhancement and portal vein system reconstruction were analyzed. The diagnostic efficiency was analyzed. Results In the experimental group, portal vein thrombosis only involved the main portal vein in 5 cases (14.29%), superior mesenteric vein in 7 cases (20.00%), portal vein and splenic vein in 6 cases (17.14%), and superior mesenteric vein and splenic vein in 7 cases (20.00%). In 10 cases (28.57%), portal vein, superior mesenteric vein and splenic vein were involved, and no portal vein thrombosis was found in the control group. In the experimental group, type Ⅲ procollagen n-terminal peptide N-PⅢ (58.26±5.26) ng/mL, type Ⅳ collagen CIV (96.29±5.76) ng/mL, laminin CNLDB (76.26±6.59) ng/mL, hyaluronic acid HA (86.65±9.65) ng/mL; In control group, type Ⅲ procollagen n-terminal peptide N-PⅢ (32.61±4.25) ng/mL, type Ⅳ collagen CIV (48.11±5.14) ng/mL, laminin CNLDB (41.56±4.98) ng/mL, hyaluronic acid HA (45.89±5.69) ng/mL, The differences of all indexes were statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion For patients with suspected cirrhosis of the portal vein system, CT plain scan combined with enhancement and reconstruction of the portal vein system can effectively confirm whether the patient has portal vein thrombosis, and the operation is simple and convenient. The whole process is non-invasive, more easily accepted by the majority of patients, and the imaging quality is high.
