Objective To analyze the improvement of seamless operating room nursing on incision infection and postoperative rehabilitation of gastrointestinal tumors. Methods A total of 100 patients with gastrointestinal tumor who came to our hospital from January 2020 to January 2022 were selected as research objects. Randomized number table method was used to divide them into control group and observation group, with 50 cases in each group. Conventional nursing was adopted in the control group, while seamless operating room nursing was adopted in the observation group on the basis of the control group. Subsequently, the improvement of incision infection and postoperative rehabilitation in the two groups was analyzed. Results In the nursing period, the healing degree of class A and Class C wounds in the observation group was better than that of the control group, the difference between groups was large, with statistical significance (P<0.05), while the difference of class B wounds between the two groups was small, with no statistical significance (P>0.05). Perioperative time, defecation time and hospitalization time in observation group were shorter than those in control group, and the difference between groups was significant (P<0.05). The heart rate and blood pressure indexes of the observation group were better than those of the control group, with significant differences between the groups (P<0.05). The incidence of complications such as wound infection, urinary tract infection, dizziness, nausea and sore throat in the observation group was lower than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion The implementation of seamless operating room nursing in the surgical treatment of gastrointestinal tumors can improve the clinical symptoms of patients, improve the efficiency of treatment, reduce postoperative complications, and facilitate the early discharge of patients.
