Objective To explore the intervention effect of comprehensive nursing in the nursing of severe respiratory patients. Methods 90 cases of severe respiratory patients admitted to our hospital in June 2020 ～ June 2022 as the object of this study, according to the different nursing measures during the treatment of patients were divided into two groups of 45 cases, routine nursing into the control group, integrated nursing into the study group, compare the nursing effect of two groups of patients. Results Compared with the control group, the oxygen partial pressure level and nursing efficiency of the study group after intervention were higher, and the PCO2, heart rate, respiratory rate and complication rate were lower, with statistical significance (P＜0.05). Conclusion The application of comprehensive nursing in the nursing of severe respiratory patients can improve the respiratory rate, improve the nursing efficiency and reduce the incidence of complications.
