Objective To explore the effects of two-heart nursing on compliance behavior and cardiovascular adverse events in patients with diabetes mellitus and coronary heart disease receiving interventional therapy. Methods A total of 58 patients with diabetes mellitus and coronary heart disease who received interventional treatment in our hospital from February 2021 to February 2022 were selected as the research objects. According to the odd-even column method, they were divided into the inquiry group (n=29, adding biheart care based on conventional nursing) and the conventional group (n=29, conventional nursing). The behavior and cardiovascular risk of the two groups were compared and analyzed. Results After nursing, the incidence of cardiovascular adverse events in the inquiry group was lower than that in the conventional group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The incidence of cardiovascular adverse events in the inquiry group was lower than that in the conventional group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The quality of prognosis in the inquiry group was higher than that in the conventional group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion Dualheart nursing for patients with diabetes and coronary heart disease can significantly increase the compliance behavior of patients, reduce the incidence of cardiovascular unsafe events, and improve the prognosis of quality of life and psychological state.
