Objective To observe the effect of intensive nursing mode on the clinical efficacy of patients with tuberculous meningitis. Methods Fifty cases of tuberculous meningitis treated in our hospital from March 2021 to March 2022 were selected as the objects of this study. According to whether to carry out intensive nursing mode, the patients were divided into the control group (25 cases, did not carry out intensive nursing mode and routine nursing mode) and the experimental group (25 cases, carried out intensive nursing mode), and the prognostic effect of the two groups of patients was compared. Results Experimental group after nursing patients psychological negative emotions [SAS scale score of (22.83±2.23) points, SDS scale score of (21.23±2.36) points] , limb motor ability [fugl-meyer motor function rating scale score of (80.63±2.25) points] , quality of life [Barthel index score (80.08±2.38) points] were better than the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The incidence of adverse reactions in the experimental group (12.00%) was lower than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion The effect of fine nursing mode on patients with tuberculous meningitis is remarkable, which can improve the negative emotion, improve the movement ability and quality of life of patients, and less adverse reactions.
