Objective To observe the effect of rehabilitation nursing in patients with early dysphagia in neurology department. Methods 60 patients with early dysphagia admitted to the Department of Neurology of our hospital from January 2021 to January 2022 were selected as the study objects. According to whether to carry out rehabilitation nursing, the patients were divided into the control group (30 cases, did not carry out rehabilitation nursing and routine nursing) and the experimental group (30 cases, carried out rehabilitation nursing), and the prognostic effect of the two groups of patients was compared. Results After 6 months of continuous nursing intervention, neurotransmitter metabolism, nutritional indexes, neurological function and total effective rate of patients in the experimental group were better than those in the control group, the data difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion Rehabilitation nursing for early dysphagia patients in the department of neurology is beneficial to the recovery of neurological function and the improvement of nutritional status and swallowing ability compared with conventional nursing intervention.
