Objective To study and analyze the clinical effect of Shenyan Kangfu Tablet combined with Benazepril in the treatment of chronic glomerulonephritis. Methods In this study, 50 patients with chronic glomerulonephritis who received treatment in our hospital from March 2021 to May 2022 were selected as research objects. According to random word table method, all patients were equally divided into two groups: observation group (n=25, treated with Shenyan Kangfu tablet combined with benazepril) and control group (n=25, treated with benazepril). The clinical efficacy of the two groups was compared. Results CysC, IL-2, FN, total response rate, SBP, DBP, serum creatinine, 24 h urinary protein quantity and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. After treatment with corresponding drugs, IL-2, FN and total response rate in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group. CysC, SBP, DBP and 24 h urinary protein were significantly lower than the control group, with statistical significance (P＜0.05), but there was no statistical significance in serum creatinine and incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups (P＞0.05). Conclusion In the clinical treatment of chronic glomerulonephritis, compared with benazepril alone, combined Shenyan Kangfu Tablet has more significant application effect.
