Objective To analyze the effect of hospital-community-family integrated nursing model on the quality of life of patients with liver cancer after intervention. Methods From January 2021 to January 2022, 60 patients with interventional liver cancer admitted to our hospital were randomly divided into observation group (30 cases, integrated nursing) and control group (30 cases, conventional nursing). The nursing effect of the two groups was compared. Results Before nursing, there was no significant difference in SAS and SDS scores between the two groups (P>0.05). After nursing, SAS and SDS scores of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group, with statistical significance (P<0.05). Before nursing, there was no significant difference in the scores of quality of life between the two groups (P>0.05). After nursing, the scores of quality of life in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The levels of ALT, AST and TBil in observation group were significantly lower than those in control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The incidence of complications in observation group was significantly higher than that in control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The satisfaction of observation group was significantly higher than that of control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion The integrated nursing model can significantly improve the negative psychological mood of patients, improve the quality of life, improve liver function index, improve nursing safety, strengthen nursing satisfaction.
