Objective To explore the effect of pain nursing in obstetrics and gynecology nursing quality. Methods A total of 100 parturients who received comprehensive treatment in the Department of obstetrics and Gynecology of our hospital from December 2020 to December 2021 were selected as research objects and divided into control group and study group with 50 cases in each group using random number table method. The control group received conventional nursing, and the study group received pain nursing on the basis of conventional nursing. The nursing satisfaction and actual pain degree of the two groups were compared, and the actual application effect of pain nursing was gradually clarified in the comparison. Results The pain degree of the study group was lower than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P＜0.05). The maternal nursing satisfaction of the research group was significantly higher than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P＜0.05). Conclusion The combination of routine and pain nursing used by the research team often has a better implementation effect, which also indicates that pain nursing has a significant application value in the clinical nursing of gynecology, not only can effectively relieve the pain of the women, but also can gain the praise of the women, which is of great significance for avoiding the contradiction between doctors and patients, and can also effectively increase the intensity of use. Improve the overall level of care in obstetrics and gynecology.
