Objective To explore the intervention significance of normative child health care in the process of infant growth and development. Methods 100 cases of infants and toddlers who received children''s health care services in hospital from January 2020 to June 2021 were divided by number parity method. 50 cases receiving routine children''s health care were set as the control group, and the other group was set as the observation group, with a total of 50 cases. Comparison of growth and development, neuropsychological development and incidence of common diseases. Results The height and weight indexes of the observation group were better than those of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The scores of cognitive, language, social ability, fine motor, gross motor and developmental quotient in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The incidence of common diseases in observation group was lower than that in control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion The intervention of standardized child health care is beneficial to promote the normal growth and development of intelligence and physique of infants, but also reduce the risk of disease.
