Objective To explore the effect of flexible management in gynecological nursing management. Methods From December 2018 to May 2020, 80 cases of maternal included in our hospital obstetrics and gynecology as the research object, according to different ways of nursing were divided into two groups, including the reference group of 40 patients with routine nursing, the study group of 40 patients with flexible management, comparing the nursing effect of the two groups. Results The incidence of nursing errors and nurse-patient disputes in the study group were lower than those in the reference group, the difference was statistically significant (P＜0.05). The score of life quality after nursing was 93.18±5.56 in the study group and 86.73±5.48 in the reference group, and the difference was statistically significant (P＜0.05). From the perspective of nursing satisfaction, the study group was 95.00％, the reference group was 80.00％, the study group was significantly higher than the reference group, the difference was statistically significant (P＜0.05). Conclusion The use of flexible management of maternal care in obstetrics and gynecology can reduce the incidence of nursing operation, prevent the exchange of trouble, promote the quality of life effectively improve, get patients satisfied evaluation, has a significant nursing effect.
