Objective To study the effect of applying specialized psychological nursing training to the standardized training of new nurses. Methods 32 nurses newly recruited in 2021 were taken as the control group, and all of them were trained according to the conventional nursing training methods. In addition, 35 nurses newly recruited in 2022 were taken as the observation group, and all of them were trained through professional psychological nursing training methods, and the effects of different training were compared. Results ① before training, there was no significant difference in the scores of psychological capital questionnaire between the two groups of nurses (P>0.05). After training, the scores of psychological capital questionnaire in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group (P<0.05); ② Before the training, the career success scores of nurses in the two groups were not significant (P>0.05), but after the training, the career success scores of nurses in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group (P<0.05); ③ The theoretical score, operation score and total score of the observation group were higher than those of the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion the standardized training of new nurses through specialized psychological nursing training can effectively improve the psychological coping status of nurses, standardize their professional career, and improve the assessment score.
